Visiting the Aquarium Barcelona is one of the best things to do when it rains.
The Aquarium, containing more than 11 000 sea animals and marine mammals, is one of the most important of the world. It is located in The Port Vell, just next to the Maremagnum mall, the unique that opens its doors every day of the year. The Aquarium offers also many activities that are suitable for most audiences.
Don’t miss going through the crystal tunnel – where the sharks pass over your head – and contemplate all the sea animals.
Prices are the following: 20€ for adult, 15€ for children between 5 and 10 years old, 10€ for children between 3 and 5 years old. As always, you could book the tickets at reception.
Moreover, the Aquarium organizes activities as bathing with sharks…
It is also possible to see staff feeding the animals:
- Sharks : Tuesdays and Fridays between 12:00pm and 1 :00pm
- Penguins : from Monday to Sunday, from 1:30pm to 4:30pm
- Stingrays : every days except on Sundays at 2:00 pm
